These Terms and Conditions of Service as may be modified from time to time are legally binding and apply to all users and services provided by the <WEB SERVICE NAME> web service (henceforth "the Web Service") and by using the Web Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Service. Any modifications shall be effective upon publication on the Web Service metadata and these Terms and Conditions of Service. Your continued use of the Web Service after the modifications are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions of Service. (a) Authorized Users: users registered at CLARIN-EL. (b) Authorized Use: (1) use for research or educational purposes; (2) you should also have the right to legally use the input data to the Web Service and hence to acquire rights to the output data. (c) Prohibited use: (1) use for commercial purposes, including charging a fee-for-service; (2) using input data for which you did not obtain the necessary rights. (d) User Obligations: a) Users must add the following attribution notice to all output data at all times and for all authorised uses: “The processing of <RESOURCE NAME> has been enabled by CLARIN-EL using the <WEB SERVICE NAME>”; b) Users must comply with the size limitations regarding input data provided by CLARIN-EL and/or the Web Service. (e) Warranty; Disclaimers: authorized users recognize that CLARIN-EL is the Greek Research Infrastructure dedicated to Language Resources (datasets, tools and processing services). The Web Service owner warrants that, to its knowledge, use of the Web Service in accordance with the terms of this document will not infringe the copyright of any third party. (f) Liability: The Web Service owner and CLARIN-EL will not be liable, and authorized users agree that they will not hold CLARIN-EL or the Web Service owner liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, damages, costs, and/or attorneys fees of any kind that result from the use of the Web Service / CLARIN-EL. (g) Miscellaneous: a) In the event that any clause or portion of the Terms and Conditions of Service is declared null and void for any reason, the rest shall remain in full force and effect; b) The failure of the Web Service to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions of Service shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
