FSPO Ombudsman's Digest of Decisions Volume 7 
The purpose of this document is to provide a summary of some of the legally binding decisions issued by the FSPO concerning travel insurance complaints and to provide guidance on how to access the full text of all published decisions. Decisions relating to financial service providers are published in full but anonymised to protect identities. Case studies are provided for decisions relating to pension providers.
